Job summary

Motion Industries in Salt Lake City seeks a Solutions Center Manager to lead the sales support team, liaise with customers, our sales force, and distribution, and help achieve defined sales goals.

Under general supervision, you will hire, train, and manage the team, collaborate with outside sales to grow the business, optimize inventory turns, and ensure safety and financial performance. ERP experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in sales support.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, hires, trains, and disciplines the sales support team at the location.
• Collaborates with outside sales to grow the business and serve customers.
• Ensures customer service is a focal point of every interaction.
• Monitors inventory and financial performance to improve turns and sales.
• Maintains safety guidelines and compliance.
