Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives.
• Experience co-planning large territories with Account Executives across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Global System Integrators and third-party consultants to drive outcomes.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Undergraduate degree in CS, Applied Math, Engineering or similar.
• Track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design high-impact engagement strategies.
• Act as trusted Solutions Architect to drive product adoption and credibility with stakeholders.
• Enable clients at scale through workshops and customer-facing collateral.
• Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into strategic recommendations.
• Handle the most complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation for field.
