Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Lakebase product line to partner with GTM teams and account leaders across the US region. You will translate customer needs into architectural guidance, influence roadmap, and help customers adopt the platform at scale.

You will lead workshops, build collateral, and serve as a trusted advisor for high-value opportunities, leveraging SQL, Python, and major cloud platforms to drive success in data, AI, and lakehouse environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive data strategy.
• Experience architecting solutions with OLTP, Big Data, Lakehouse, AI.
• Hands-on with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM leadership to design high-impact engagement strategies.
• Serve as an expert Solutions Architect and trusted advisor to drive adoption and vision.
• Enable clients at scale through workshops and customer-facing collateral.
• Translate field insights into strategic product/engineering recommendations.
• Act as tier-3 escalation for complex technical challenges.
