Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Lakebase) to drive engagement in the Lakebase product line. You will collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design high-impact strategies, position the product to stakeholders, and enable customers to adopt and expand Lakebase within their environments.

You will bring 10+ years of OLTP experience, cloud proficiency across AWS/Azure/GCP, and a track record of delivering complex, customer-facing solutions in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OLTP expertise in customer-facing roles.
• Credibility to influence OLTP product roadmaps.
• Experience architecting solutions with transactional data in Big Data, Lakehouse, AI ecosystems.
• Experience with disaster recovery, high availability, backups, migrations, and security management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM and account teams to design high-impact engagement strategies.
• Act as trusted Solutions Architect to drive product adoption and credibility.
• Lead workshops and develop customer-facing collateral to enhance technical knowledge.
• Translate field data-driven insights into strategic product/engineering recommendations.
• Serve as tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.
