Job summary

Rillet in New York and San Francisco seeks a hands-on Solution Consulting/Implementation expert to drive seamless handoffs from sales to delivery. You will design repeatable processes, deliver compelling demos, and shape customer-ready requirements.

This role blends accounting software experience with technical storytelling to accelerate customer success. You will collaborate across sales, solution consulting, and implementation teams, crafting clear scopes and timely responses to RFPs while

Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, or implementation.
• Experience with accounting/financial software such as NetSuite or Workday.
• Able to gather customer requirements, scope solutions, and connect business needs to product capabilities.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly and work across customer-facing and technical teams.
• Initiative, feedback-seeking, and follow-through to close gaps between teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales-to-implementation handoff across Sales, Solution Consulting, and Implementation.
• Create standardized processes and handoff materials for capturing key sales conversations and decisions.
• Run retrospectives and collect feedback to improve the sales-to-implementation experience.
• Build and maintain sandboxes and demo environments with reusable templates and realistic data.
• Support sales conversations, demo Rillet, and guide sandbox evaluations and Q&A as a product expert.
• Gather customer requirements and help scope workflows, data needs, integrations, and configurations.
• Own RFPs from start to finish with deadlines and coordination with SMEs.
