Rillet is seeking a Deployment Lead to drive onboarding of new customers for our Accounting Solutions. This role emphasizes a strong accounting background, customer interaction, and hands-on implementation experience.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth deployment process while adapting to a fast-growing SaaS environment. The ideal candidate brings 4–7 years in accounting or related roles, strong communication, and a systems mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of accounting, audit, or advisory with customer exposure.
• Strong foundation in close, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Excellent communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Interest in learning implementation work and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Big 4, SaaS, or tech company is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding and deployment with a smooth implementation experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute plans.
• Analyze client accounting workflows and translate needs into requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones and keep stakeholders aligned throughout onboarding.
• Identify risks early and elevate issues to keep launches on track.
• Build trust with customers through responsiveness and solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates.
