Rillet, a rapid-growth finance software company in San Francisco and New York, seeks a Solution Consulting & Implementation specialist. You will bridge Sales and Implementation, craft reusable demo templates, and guide customers through sandbox evaluations with expert product knowledge.

You will also gather requirements, scope workflows, and drive RFP responses, ensuring accurate, timely handoffs and clear customer expectations across teams. Equity and benefits are included.

Formación

• Experience in solution consulting, architecture, or implementation.
• Experience with accounting/financial software such as NetSuite or Workday.
• Comfortable engaging with prospects, demoing a product, and acting as a technical SME.
• Ability to gather requirements, scope solutions, and map business needs to product capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sales-to-Implementation handoff, aligning scope and requirements across teams.
• Create standardized handoff materials and capture key sales discussions.
• Run retrospectives and drive improvements in the sales-to-implementation process.
• Build and maintain sandboxes and demo environments with realistic data.
• Support sales conversations, demo Rillet, and guide sandbox evaluations.
• Gather customer requirements and help scope workflows, data needs, and integrations.
• Own RFPs from start to finish, including responses and deadlines.
