The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in accounting or related customer-facing roles, with a strong foundation in close processes, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong accounting foundation with credibility on close, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and core finance workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in Big 4, SaaS, or technology sector.

Aufgaben

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment for smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
• Learn and analyze client accounting workflows and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, system setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones, drive follow-through, keep stakeholders aligned.
