Rillet is hiring a Deployment Lead to drive onboarding and successful deployment for our accounting and finance software. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design and execute implementation plans, while translating client finance workflows into actionable requirements.

The role requires a strong accounting background, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in accounting, audit, advisory or customer-facing roles.
• Strong accounting foundation with close, reconciliations and ASC 606 knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Systems-minded with appetite for implementation work.
• Experience cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on implementation plans.
• Translate client accounting needs into clear requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, and system setup.
• Track milestones and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Identify risks early and keep launches on track.
• Build trust by being responsive and solutions-oriented.
• Maintain documentation and provide status updates.
