Job summary

Rillet is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant/Implementation specialist to bridge sales and delivery. You will own the handoff process, craft standardized materials, and drive smooth transitions from sales to implementation.

The role emphasizes customer-focused demos, collecting requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You'll develop sandbox environments, guide prospects through evaluations, and lead RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, or implementation.
• Experience with accounting or financial software such as NetSuite or Workday.
• Comfortable working with prospects, demoing a product, and serving as a technical subject-matter expert.
• Able to gather customer requirements, scope solutions, and connect business needs to product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales-to-Implementation handoff, ensuring scope and requirements are captured before kickoff.
• Create standardized handoff materials to capture key sales conversations and decisions.
• Run retros and collect feedback to improve the sales-to-implementation experience.
• Build and maintain sandboxes and demo environments using templates and realistic data.
• Support sales conversations, demo Rillet, and guide sandbox evaluations and Q&A as a product expert.
• Gather customer requirements and help scope workflows, data needs, and integrations.
• Own RFPs from start to finish, including responses and deadlines.
