Job summary

Rillet is seeking a Director of Partner Implementation to build and lead the team that enables top accounting and consulting firms to deliver Rillet-quality implementations at scale. The role reports to the VP Solutions, with a dotted line to the Head of Partnerships.

We welcome candidates based near New York City, San Francisco, or Chicago, or those willing to relocate; remote work within the United States is also considered for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Track record building and running partner/channel/SI programs for ERP or finance software.
• Experience hiring, developing and leading a team of managers.
• Strong relationships with accounting and consulting firm leadership.
• Hands-on implementation depth to judge quality.
• Ability to design scalable playbooks, cadences and tools.
• Fast-paced startup mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage or Oracle; ASC 606 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships and conduct reviews with partner leadership.
• Lead and scale the Partner Implementation team.
• Define Rillet-quality delivery for partner-led work.
• Train and certify partners with onboarding playbooks.
• Resolve platform, data, and configuration issues.
• Improve documentation, training, tooling, and feedback loop.
• Run weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews with VP Solutions.
• Build to scale with scalable playbooks and tooling.
