Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to blend technical expertise with sales acumen across a defined portfolio. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value, run demos and PoCs, and support bids and tender processes, ensuring customer needs are met with tailored solutions.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor and work with cross-functional teams on emerging trends like post-quantum cryptography, IoT security, and zero trust

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years’ experience as an SE or technical salesperson or equivalent experience in related roles.
• Knowledge of PKI, cryptography, and cloud platforms; familiarity with REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to qualify opportunities and drive value.
• Lead product demos and PoC/Vi demonstrations to illustrate solutions.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for RFPs and bids.
