Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, designing and positioning data center interconnect, internet, and multi-cloud solutions that align with customer objectives while driving adoption and revenue growth for CoreSite's network fabric services.

The role requires collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and marketing, with hands-on leadership during deployment and expansion to maximize customer success.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in data center networking, cloud interconnect, or related carrier/network services.
• Experience in colocation, carrier hotels, or cloud on-ramp facilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CoreSite’s sales teams to gather and understand customer requirements and position network fabric services to drive revenue growth.
• Assist in developing solution proposals by creating technical diagrams and architecting CoreSite solutions that address customer challenges with value propositions.
• Provide technical leadership during solution deployment, onboarding, and operational adoption of CoreSite network services.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor through discovery, implementation, adoption, and expansion to maximize customer success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to analyze evolving customer requirements and market trends.
