Job summary

CoreSite, LLC is seeking a Data Center Interconnection Specialist to join our network engineering team to design, engineer, and implement CoreSite inside and outside cabling. This role will lead DCIM integration into order workflows and coordinate with field operations and IT to maintain data integrity across multi-site facilities.

The candidate will manage medium to large interconnection projects, provide technical assistance, and support MACD processes while maintaining engineering standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in data center interconnection design and operations.
• 2+ years' experience with managing physical cable plants
• 2+ years' experience with DCIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and architecture of current and future interconnection technology needs with emphasis on high availability.
• Implementation of DCIM platform into production workflow.
• Occasional travel to data center sites for planning, installation, or support needs.
• Produce network topology diagrams for internal needs.
