CoreSite is a leading data center provider seeking a Data Center Interconnection Specialist to design, engineer, and implement interconnection solutions across multiple sites. You will collaborate with field operations, IT, and vendors to ensure data center capacity, high availability, and scalable network architecture.

The role requires advanced knowledge of cable plants, MDF/IDF configurations, and DCIM workflows, with opportunities for travel and hands-on leadership across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center interconnection design and operations experience.
• 2+ years of managing physical cable plants.
• 2+ years with DCIM tools.
• Experience running MDF/IDF architecture.
• Experience in multi-tenant data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and architecture of interconnection technology with focus on optimization and high availability.
• Integrate DCIM platform into production workflow.
• Travel to data center sites for planning, installation, or support as needed.
• Produce network topology diagrams for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training to new field personnel and SMEs.
