Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead technology evaluation and solution design in collaboration with the Sales team. You will articulate CoreSite’s data centre offerings, align technical requirements with customer needs, and drive deal profitability across assigned accounts.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, architectural design skills, and the ability to travel ~25% to support customer engagements and site assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related IT field.
• Strong enterprise networking and data centre infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer meetings to define business and technical requirements for tailored solutions.
• Articulate value through cost savings and operational efficiencies to win deals.
• Manage accounts and opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
• Lead technical discussions and present architectural design overviews for CoreSite services.
• Collaborate on RFP/RFI responses and provide technical proposals.
• Develop internal training materials to enable the Sales team.
