Job summary

Picus Security is seeking a Solutions Architect with 3-5 years in cybersecurity sales engineering to join our global remote team from the United States. You will partner with Account Executives and channel partners to win new business and grow our Enterprise customer base, delivering technical discovery and tailored demos that prove value.

You will respond to RFIs/RFPs with clear answers, design solutions spanning on-prem and cloud, and support adoption with Customer Success to unlock expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and Sales Engineering or Customer Success experience in Security, Cloud, or Network Systems.
• 3-5 years in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role.
• Proven success building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning.
• Broad technology experience across risk visibility, SIEM, EDR, cloud, networking, and IT transformation.
• Understanding of solution architecture and design across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Experience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• A consultative, proactive, and outcome-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives, the Regional Sales Manager, and channel partners to win new business and grow the Enterprise customer base.
• Bring deep knowledge of the Picus platform to help the sales team present and position it to prospects and customers.
• Run technical discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and infrastructure, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver tailored live demos and proof-of-value engagements that show how Picus helps customers validate their defenses and reduce exposure.
• Respond to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs with clear and compelling answers.
• Work with sales and product teams to design and refine solutions that connect security detail to business outcomes.
• Work alongside Customer Success to support adoption and spot expansion opportunities.
• Educate partners on the technical aspects of the Picus platform to help them sell more effectively and accelerate revenue.
• Relay feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to contribute to ongoing product improvement.
