Job summary
Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Solution Engineer skilled in complex enterprise programs and modern cloud architecture. You will act as a technical trusted advisor across A&D primes and federal SI accounts, uncovering program requirements, architecting compliant solutions, and building proof-of-concept environments that move programs from interest to commitment.

Qualifications
- 7+ years as Solutions/Sales Engineer for CRM or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with A&D or Federal SI accounts preferred.
- Prototyping agentic workflows and integration patterns from scratch.
- Familiar with federal compliance and security considerations.
- Ability to articulate security posture to evaluators.
Responsibilities
- Engage with A&D primes and large SIs to capture goals and constraints.
- Map customer challenges to Salesforce products and data flows.
- Design and deliver tailored demos and POC solutions.
- Prototype Agentforce solutions and governance strategies.
- Support RFI/RFP content with architecture documentation.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Capture Managers.
- Create reusable POC assets and best-practice guides.
