Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer for its Aerospace & Defense and Government System Integrator practice. The SE acts as a technical trusted advisor and deal quarterback, architecting compliant solutions and proof‑of‑concept environments for A&D primes and Federal SIs.

Agentic AI is core; design and prototype Agentforce solutions for complex programs. Engage with primes, map challenges to Sales Cloud, GovCloud+, and related tools, and deliver tailored demos.

Qualifications

• Experience with A&D or Federal SI customers and complex enterprise programs.
• Hands-on build experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG/grounding, and agentic design in enterprise apps.
• Ability to scope MVPs, run technical and business discovery, and define activation plans.
• Familiarity with CMMC compliance and federal program environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage primes and large Federal SIs to understand program goals and constraints.
• Map challenges to Salesforce platform components and design tailored demos.
• Build POC environments and proof-of-concept architectures for acquisition lifecycles.
• Architect agent-based workflows and multi-agent orchestration for complex programs.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP content and architecture documentation.
• Support pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop reusable POC assets and playbooks for A&D and Federal delivery.
• Communicate Salesforce security posture to evaluators and program security officers.
