Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer for its Aerospace, Defense & Government System Integrator practice. You will translate complex enterprise programs into compliant, cloud-based solutions and prototype agentic workflows that demonstrate real program value.

As a technical trusted advisor to prime contractors and large Federal SIs, you will design demos, build POCs, and collaborate with sales, security, and product teams to advance opportunities while upholding DoD/CMMC requirements.

Qualifications

7+ years as a Solution or Sales Engineer for CRM/enterprise SaaS with A&D or Federal SI customers preferred.
Hands-on experience prototyping agentic workflows and integration patterns.
Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG/grounding, and agentic system design.
Ability to scope MVPs, define success metrics, and craft architectures.

Responsibilities

Engage with A&D primes and large Federal SIs to gather goals and constraints.
Map customer challenges to Salesforce products including GovCloud+ and Data Cloud.
Design, build, and deliver demos and POC solutions for use cases.
Prototype Agentforce solutions and agent design for program workflows.
Articulate Salesforce security/compliance posture to evaluators.
Support RFI/RFPs with technical content and architecture docs.
Partner with Account Executives and Capture Managers in team selling.
Create reusable POC assets, playbooks, and best-practice guides.
Feedback Voice of the Customer to Product for messaging improvements.
