With 7+ years in CRM or mission IT, you’ll demonstrate hands‑on builder experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, plus AI fluency in LLMs, RAG, and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution or Sales Engineer for a CRM or mission IT company—with A&D or Federal SI customers preferred
• Hands-on Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform builder: prototype agentic workflows and integrations
• Practical AI fluency: knowledge of LLMs, RAG/grounding, and agentic system design
• Deep discovery and MVP scoping: define use cases, success criteria, and architecture plan
• Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks: CMMC
• U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain DoD security clearance and travel willingness

Responsibilities

• Engage with A&D primes and large Federal SIs to understand goals and constraints
• Map customer challenges to Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, GovCloud
• Design, build, and deliver demos and POC solutions for A&D/SI use cases
• Architect and prototype Agentforce solutions for complex program environments
• Articulate Salesforce security and compliance posture to evaluators
• Contribute technical content to RFI/RFP responses and architecture docs
• Partner with Account Executives and Capture Managers to support pipeline development
• Build reusable POC assets, playbooks, and best practices for A&D and Federal SI delivery
• Feed Voice of the Customer insights back to Product and Marketing
