Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer who can translate complex enterprise programs into cloud-based, compliant architectures. Build demos/POCs and act as a technical trusted advisor across Aerospace & Defense primes and federal SI accounts, with agentic AI at the core.

You will design agent workflows, explain security posture to evaluators, and contribute to RFI/RFP responses while collaborating with account teams to advance pursuit strategy. U.S. citizenship and travel willingness required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution or Sales Engineer for CRM/enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on prototype work with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Practical AI fluency: LLMs, RAG, agentic design, governance.
• Familiar with federal compliance like CMMC.
• Strong communication with C-suite and engineers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with A&D primes and large Federal SIs to capture goals and constraints.
• Map challenges to Salesforce products including GovCloud+.
• Design, build, and deliver demos and POC solutions for A&D/SI use cases.
• Prototype Agentforce solutions and agentic workflows for program environments.
• Support RFI/RFPs with technical content and architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Capture Managers in a team-selling environment.
