Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with Account Executives and customers on digital transformation initiatives. You will lead technical discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and shape solution designs across enterprise environments.

The role emphasizes onboarding, mastering enterprise presentation frameworks, and supporting RFIs/RFPs while enabling successful customer implementations. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Desire to become a professional Solution Engineer.
• Ability to convey technical and business knowledge to varied personas, technical and non-technical.
• Understanding of REST APIs and micro-service architecture.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers with immersive training on company product, APIs, SDKs, CLI, and partner ecosystem.
• Co-pilot sales opportunities with Account Executives through technical discovery, demos, PoCs, and solution design sessions.
• Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive finalization.
• Relay customer feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure successful onboarding and deployment of projects.
