Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Solution Consultant to drive the Commercial Basics sales cycle by translating Vault applications into compelling value for biotech customers. You will lead product demonstrations, create demo videos, and collaborate with Product on roadmaps to extend capabilities.

You will build presentations that translate product features into customer outcomes, respond to technical requests, and help scale demos with multiple videos and webinars, representing Veeva at industry events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering software demonstrations in a solution consulting or pre-sales role.
• Ability to articulate product value by linking features to customer outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical demos and Q&A across the Commercial Basics portfolio.
• Produce 10+ new demo videos in the first year to scale reach.
• Build presentations connecting product functionality to customer value.
• Respond to technical, strategic, and demo requests from the field.
• Collaborate with Product on roadmap and requirements.
• Host webinars and represent Commercial Basics at industry events.
