Job summary

The Solution Consultant will drive technical demonstrations, create compelling narratives, and partner with product to shape upcoming releases while engaging with biotech customers. This is a remote role with opportunities to travel for industry events.

You will lead product demonstrations, produce demo videos, and build presentations showing how our Vault applications translate into customer value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering software demonstrations in a solution consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing role.
• Ability to articulate product value by linking functionality to customer outcomes.
• Strong presentation-building and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of the sales cycle with demonstrations and Q&A across the Commercial Basics portfolio.
• Produce demo videos and build presentations linking product features to customer value.
• Collaborate with Product team to shape roadmap and strategy.
• Host webinars and represent the product at industry events.
