Job summary

Veeva is seeking consultants for its Vault CRM offering, a remote, full‑time permanent role focused on technical hands‑on solutioning, user setup, and troubleshooting (no coding). Travel up to 25% may be required for implementations across Life Sciences clients.

You will lead discovery workshops, articulate complex concepts to executives, and develop Vault platform expertise while mentoring junior teammates in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience.
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or CRM.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject‑matter expert.
• Ability to articulate complex client and vendor concepts to audiences of varying levels.
• Strong presentation and solution design skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer in process discovery workshops and align on best practices.
• Articulate complex concepts to audiences with varying perceptions.
• Develop Vault platform expertise and apply it to projects.
• Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities.
• Identify interdependencies between program or project workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and process standards.
• Plan after‑go‑live support and ongoing application changes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
