Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a customer-facing consultant to join our implementation team for Commercial Content Applications (PromoMats, MedComms, MedInquiry). You will partner with life sciences customers to ensure they leverage full solutions, lead discovery workshops, and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences while building Vault platform expertise.

Qualifications

4+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience.
Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Document/Content Management.
Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
Ability to articulate complex client and vendor concepts to audiences with varying perception levels.
Strong presentation and solution design skills.
Travel requirements up to 25% depending on team and post-implementation role.

Responsibilities

Lead customers in discovery workshops aligned with best practices and drive to solutions based on requirements.
Articulate complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying perception levels.
Develop and leverage expertise in the Vault platform.
Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities.
Identify and monitor interdependencies between program or project work streams.
Create project deliverables and standards, including process standards.
Plan and establish after-go-live activities including ongoing support and application changes.
