Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a Solution Consultant to demonstrate Vault Quality capabilities and guide customers in Life Sciences across QMS, document control, training, batch release, and validation management.

You will partner with Strategy and Sales to deliver benefit-focused demonstrations, lead workshops, and ensure customer success while traveling up to 20-30% mainly in the EU. The role emphasizes collaboration and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in life sciences or medical device/diagnostics.
• 3+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech, medtech or similarly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in pharma/biotech and/or medical device/diagnostics sectors.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the EU (when possible).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and needs analysis to understand key customer requirements.
• Configure and deliver compelling solution demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications.
• Apply industry experience to guide customers to a best-in-class solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Provide solution-oriented responses and align presentations to RFPs/RFIs.
• Lead Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, and Proofs of Concept to demonstrate business process enhancements.
• Support marketing activities such as webinars, recorded demos, and industry events.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle.
