Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a hands-on maintenance technician for utility-scale PV plants. You will monitor and service AC/DC systems, inverters, transformers, and metering, ensuring reliability and safety.

The role requires SCADA familiarity, ability to read schematics, and adherence to 5S and environmental procedures. Responsibilities include PM work, testing, and documentation, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; electrical certifications a plus.
• Experience with SCADA and electrical maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and prints.
• CMMS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly PM on site components and ensure plant efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Verify SCADA site configuration and maintain equipment records.
• Plan and execute on-site projects, installations, and testing.
• Ensure all work orders and documentation are complete and accurate.
