Job summary

NovaSource Power Services, a world-leading solar O&M provider, seeks a maintenance technician for utility-scale PV plants in the Marana area. You will monitor operations via SCADA and perform commissioning, testing, inspection, and maintenance on inverters, PV arrays, transformers, and switchgear.

Requires 2+ years in a related role or journeyman certification, a high school diploma, and strong safety discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a related position or journey-level certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college/technical degree preferred.
• Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc. a plus.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV Plant operation through SCADA and perform commissioning, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Repair and modify AC and DC solar PV systems including inverters, PV arrays, transformers, switchgear, and metering systems.
• Execute PM work and corrective maintenance; ensure safety and quality adherence.
• Plan on-site projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders; maintain documentation and reports.
