Job summary

Momentum Solar is seeking a Training Leader to onboard and develop our lead generation team. You will lead new agent training classes, mentor new hires, and drive performance across Brand Ambassadors.

This role requires travel between offices with paid travel accommodations if needed, and a 5-day work week from Monday to Saturday. Applicants should have 5+ years in sales or lead generation, strong leadership and presentation skills, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior sales or lead generation experience.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and engaging personality.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead new agent training classes and new-hire development.
• Manage Brand Ambassadors to KPIs.
• Travel between offices to lead training; travel and hotel paid if necessary.
• Work a 5-day work week (Mon-Sat).
