Job summary

Simply Solar is hiring a Project Coordinator to manage solar and energy storage projects from start to finish. You will drive projects through each lifecycle stage, coordinating with cross-functional teams and serving as the client’s main point of contact for a stellar service experience.

Our ideal candidate has PV project exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant PV or related project coordination experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and single-line diagrams.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with solar energy or construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate solar and energy storage projects from start to finish.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful installations.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage client expectations.
• Track milestones and keep projects on time and within scope.
• Document project details in project management software.
• Resolve client issues by coordinating with internal teams.
