Job summary

OE Solar is seeking a Project Coordinator to help deliver commercial solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate project logistics, procurement, schedules, inspections, documentation, and cross-functional communication to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple construction projects simultaneously while working closely

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Reliable cellular phone for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project logistics, procurement, schedules, inspections, documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Support project managers with plan execution, workforce allocation, and tracking milestone progress.
• Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Maintain detailed project logs and records, including permits, change orders, and revisions.
