Job summary

Enel North America seeks an Instrument and Controls Specialist to support and maintain Process Control Systems for solar facilities. You will monitor performance, calibrate equipment, and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA networks onsite to keep operations safe and productive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial automation experience in energy or similar sector.
• Experience with SCADA, PLCs and HMI systems.
• Knowledge of networking, Windows, Linux, and PLC programming.
• Familiarity with P&ID and MF drawings and data sheets.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance of Process Control Systems and automation assets.
• Monitor performance via SCADA, SAP and remote tools; perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
• Provide onsite controls support and 24x7 uptime for critical systems.
• Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff.
