Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking an Instrument & Controls Technician to support configuration and maintenance of process control systems at solar facilities.

You will monitor, calibrate, troubleshoot, and service SCADA, PLCs, HMI, and related automation devices to ensure safe and reliable plant operation. The role requires 3+ years in industrial automation in energy, strong PC and networking skills, and familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial automation experience in energy or similar business.
• Experience with SCADA, PLCs and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of electrical, control systems, and UPS systems.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Visio, SAP, Linux/Windows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site performance via SCADA and SAP.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant control systems and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and control system equipment.
• Support 24x7 uptime and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Provide desktop support for plant process control systems and assist operations.
