Job summary

Enel North America is seeking a Site Manager to oversee local assets, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain critical stakeholder relationships. The role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, safety adherence, and coordinating maintenance with planners and site teams.

The candidate should bring 8+ years in operations or construction, a CMRP certification pathway, and strong experience with SAP/Power BI. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in operations, maintenance or construction, engineering background preferred.
• CMRP certification required within 6 months of hire and certification within 1 year.
• Strong budgeting, planning and KPI reporting experience.
• Proficient with SAP, MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and control of assets for assigned projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules and capital/operational items.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and real-time work orders.
• Monitor KPI data and improve project profitability.
