Job summary
Enel North America is seeking a Solar Senior Performance Specialist to lead the Operational Efficiency Process for the Solar Technology and to identify actions that improve plant performance. You will coordinate the regional performance specialists and ensure timely data gathering, KPI tracking, and action planning across multiple plants.
The role requires 5+ years in power plant performance analysis, strong data analytics skills (SAS, PI Vision, Power BI) and effective collaboration with site
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science or Statistics preferred.
- 5+ years experience in power plant performance analysis.
- At least 1 year with Enel as a Performance Specialist is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Italian/Spanish desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly operational efficiency process for a group of solar assets.
- Coordinate performance specialists in the assigned region.
- Oversee outage management and maintain KPIs related to events and lost production.
- Provide data management/analysis on generation, availability, events, outages.
- Review plant performance with site managers and instrument/controls technicians.
