Job summary

Enel North America seeks an experienced Operations & Maintenance leader to oversee asset performance, safety metrics, and budgeted plant activities. The role emphasizes hands-on management of scheduled work orders, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across maintenance, procurement, and E&C teams.

Applicants should have a strong background in large-scale energy facilities, familiarity with SAP and Power BI, and the ability to coordinate complex outages while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

8+ years in operations and maintenance or construction; renewable energy background preferred.
CMRP certification required or to be tested within 6 months and certified within a year.
Strong initiative, drive for high achievement and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure operation of assets within regulatory guidelines.
Oversee KPI reporting for safety and environmental metrics (MTD/YTD).
Manage plant activities via scheduled work orders and real-time scheduling.
Coordinate outages, outages budgets, and 5-10 year maintenance planning.
Support E&C and Business Development with technical reviews and procurement plans.
