Qualifications

• 5+ years in renewable energy or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in field staff.
• Electrical theory and troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 Field Service Technicians with scheduling and coaching.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot complex electrical/mechanical issues.
