Qualifications

• 5+ years in renewables or electrical/mechanical field work.
• Experience supervising field staff as lead/foreman.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 10 field service technicians, schedule and mentor.
• Execute daily work plans to maximize generation and safety.
• Read schematics to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
