Advanced tasks may include leading troubleshooting across multiple OEM platforms, implementing LOTO procedures, reading schematics, and mentoring junior technicians to uphold high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical certifications or training preferred.
• Experience in large-scale solar O&M and fault diagnosis.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and operate SCADA/CMMS systems.
• Strong safety discipline and knowledge of LOTO/JHA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on AC/DC systems including inverters, PV modules, transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage components.
• Monitor plant operations via SCADA; assist commissioning, testing, and system modifications.
• Maintain records using CMMS; ensure compliance with safety procedures like LOTO/JHA.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance; coordinate with remote operators.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting across OEM platforms; develop maintenance plans.
