Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to support utility-scale PV power plants. You will monitor operations via SCADA, perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of AC/DC systems, and repair equipment including inverters, modules, transformers, and switchgear.

Role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and timely completion of PM work. Travel may be required; a valid driver's license and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College or technical degree preferred.
• Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc. a plus.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and operation tasks on utility-scale PV power plants.
• Ensure safety and quality in all work activities.
• Meet quarterly KPIs for energy generation, maintenance quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and document work using CMMS.
