Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform PM work on utility-scale PV sites. The role covers testing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining AC/DC solar PV systems and inverters, with emphasis on safety and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in a related role, a high school diploma, and electrical certifications or equivalent training. Travel may be required; strong English communication and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college/technical degree preferred.
• Electrical certifications and journeyman status a plus.
• Military/utility/power-industry training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM work on site components, including measuring, reading, testing, and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence at all times.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and complete CMMS work orders.
