Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a maintenance technician to support the operation of utility-scale PV plants. Responsibilities include monitoring PV Plant operation through SCADA, commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying AC and DC solar PV systems including inverters, modules, transformers, switchgear, and metering.

Required: 1 year of related experience and a High School Diploma (college preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc. a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly KPIs and ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Learn, understand and comply with Job Hazard Analysis and Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures.
• Maintain PM work and perform testing on site components.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure CMMS work orders are complete.
• Prepare procurement documents and ensure reporting and documentation.
• Attend and complete safety and environmental trainings as assigned.
