Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales/lead generation experience, in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+, valid driver's license, clean driving record, able to pass background check.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to address customer needs.
• Willingness to travel within local market; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with iPad/computer and multiple software apps; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after activation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs; build lasting relationships.
• Handle the pipeline from prospect to install; follow up with leads and in-home consultations.
• Accurately report outcomes via our CRM tool.
• Meet minimum sales targets set by leadership.
