Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty tasks, coordinating with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager. This role supports onboarding and training of new team members and works to exceed field performance KPIs by delivering efficient service and reliable solar systems.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of solar or field construction experience, with NEC knowledge, strong customer service, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.
• High School diploma is required.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources with Foreman and Manager for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team.
