Job summary

Sunrun is seeking Field Performance Technicians to manage, schedule, and complete service and warranty work. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, Senior Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and centralized Field Service Team to allocate labor and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience, a High School diploma, and strong customer service, safety, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects with Foreman/Branch Manager.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team.
