Job summary

Sunrun is seeking Field Performance Technicians to manage service and warranty work, coordinating with the Field Service team and branch managers to allocate resources efficiently. You will work both independently and with the Performance O&M team, interfacing closely with customers and supervisors.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in field construction or solar, PV design knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources with foreman and branch management for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
