Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources with Foreman and Supervisor for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team.
