Sunrun Inc. seeks a Field Performance Technician to manage and complete service and warranty work, coordinating with the Field Service team and Branch Manager. You will work independently and with the O&M team to support customers and ensure high quality field performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous field construction or solar experience.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources with Foreman and Branch Manager for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new field performance team members.
• Regularly exceed goals for field performance KPIs like turnaround time and dispatches.
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
